Prompts
Prompts shows every buyer question we ask AI, which brands each answer names, and where you are missing.
What you'll get from this page
- Find the questions where AI leaves you out.
- Open a prompt and read every answer in full.
- Know where your questions come from and why they stay fixed.
What a prompt is
A prompt is a question a buyer might ask AI, such as “best email tool for small shops”. We write them from your website during setup, in your market's language. Each brand has up to 10, plus one question about the brand by name.
Prompts are grouped into Topics by question type: Discovery, Audience, Use case, Problem, Comparison, Alternatives, Your brand and Your questions (the ones you wrote or picked from ideas).
Read the page
The verdict says how many questions name you, for example “AI names you in 12 of 25 questions”, and which one to start with. Then four tiles:
- Prompts tracked
- How many questions this report asks, and how many answers that produced.
- Buying questions naming you
- Questions that ask for a recommendation without naming any brand. The real test.
- Blind spots
- Prompts where no answer named you.
- Average position
- Your usual place when answers rank brands. Lower is better.
In the table, each row shows the Ranking strip (brand logos in answer order), Latest answer, Visibility, Avg. position, Runs (one dot per scan: named or not) and Sources. Use the search box, or the All, Not named and Named switch.
Open a prompt
Click a row to open its own page. It has four tabs:
- Summary: your visibility rate on this question, Who this question favours, Your result, run by run, and a Next step.
- Answers: every answer to this question. Open one to read it, with brands marked and pages listed. Use ← → to move between answers.
- Sources: What kind of pages it reads and Pages it read, with gaps marked.
- Searches: the web search the engine ran, plus Predicted fan-out searches. See AI searches.

Why prompts stay fixed
After a site's first scan, its questions and market are locked. Every later scan, including weekly re-scans, asks exactly the same thing, so a change in the numbers is a change in the answers, not in the questions.
Common questions
Why does the brand question count less?
A question that names your brand is easy to win. Buying questions are where buyers meet brands they don't know yet, so that tile leaves the brand question out.
What does a dot in Runs mean?
One dot per scan, oldest to newest. Hover to see whether that scan named you and at what place.
What's a good first move on a blind spot?
Open the prompt, read who the answers favour and which pages they read, then press Write a page for this question to write the page that answers it in Content.
