The short version

The one real caveat
AI answers change. A report is a snapshot, not a promise.
Citations shift as models update, as source pages change, and as new sites earn authority. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of anything in a report. Use it as a directional signal — which sources hold your category — not as a definitive measure.

Acceptable use
Five rules, all of them the obvious ones.
| scraping | Don't scrape, crawl or automate requests against the scan API. |

| resale | Don't resell, redistribute or repackage report data as your own product. |
| other brands | Don't use the service to harm or misrepresent another brand. |
| integrations | Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the AI provider integrations. |
| the law | Don't use the service in any way that breaks it. |

Plans and billing
| who sells it | Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar handles the card, the receipt and sales tax or VAT. |

| renewal | Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. |
| cancelling | Cancel any time from Settings → Plan. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. |
| refunds | Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Details on the refund policy. |
| price changes | We tell you by email at least 14 days before a new price applies to your plan. |

Accounts and changes
| your side | Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under it. |

| our side | We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or put other users or the platform at risk. |
| changes to these terms | We may update them as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept it, and the date at the top of this page changes when it happens. |
