Your reports are only shown inside your signed-in dashboard.
Until 8 October 2026 anyone holding a report link could open it. Those public report pages are gone: old links now ask you to sign in and only show a scan to the account that ran it. Email 11reachradar@gmail.com if you have a question about an old link.

What we collect
| account data | Email address and name, when you sign in with Google or create an account. Stored in Supabase. Needed to run a scan, so the report is saved to your account. The free tools work without one. |

| scan data | The domain, brand, category and competitors you provide, plus the full report we generate from them: source list, gap analysis and AI answers. |
| server logs | Standard request logs from Vercel, our host: IP address, browser type and pages visited. |
| cookies | One session cookie, to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies. |
| what we never collect | Card numbers. Polar takes the payment; we only receive your plan, its status and a customer ID. Also nothing from tracking pixels or third-party analytics — we run none. |

Your rights, and how to use them
| delete your account | Account settings inside the dashboard. Immediate, and it removes your profile. |

| delete one report | Email the domain and scan date to 11reachradar@gmail.com and we remove it manually. Self-serve deletion is on the roadmap. |
| export your data | Email 11reachradar@gmail.com. Actioned within 30 days, usually the same week. |
| retention | Scan and account data are kept until you ask us to delete them. There is no automatic expiry today. |
