The short version
| first payment | Full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment on a plan. No reason needed. |

| cancelling | Cancel any time from Settings → Plan. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. |
| after 14 days | No refunds for partly used months or years, but nothing more is charged once you cancel. |
| yearly plans | Same 14-day window from the first yearly payment. |
| double charge or error | Always refunded in full, whenever you spot it. |
Before a chargeback
Email us first. It is faster for you.
A refund from us arrives sooner than a bank dispute, and you keep access while we sort it out. Write to 11reachradar@gmail.com and we will fix it.

How refunds work
| who sells it | Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Your receipt and card statement show Polar. |

| how to ask | Email us from your account email with the receipt or order number. We reply within 2 business days. |
| how it is paid back | To the card or method you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. |
| free plan | The free plan never charges you, so there is nothing to refund. |
